Industry Automotive industry As a second-tier supplier, we manufacture tools and dies for the cold/hot forging process and the press and sinter process. When manufacturing a die, all our departments work to the best of their abilities in order to meet the tolerance limits stated in the specifications. Textile machining industry The core components in this production program are, above all, highly accurate nozzles for weaving and spinning machines. We also engineer and manufacture complete modular productions linked to this core component. In collaboration with our customers, we develop new generations of nozzles that we translate into prototypes, pilot and mass productions. Welding machining industry For this industry, we mainly manufacture spare parts as well as high precision machinery components, sets of welding tools, and welding electrodes. Semiconductor technology This innovative sphere requires high precision: we manufacture high precision components and modular productions. Medical technology In this field, we mostly manufacture surgical instruments. We fulfil demanding design briefs aided by milling, erosion and mainly laser welding. In collaboration with a freelance design engineer for the medical industry, we manufacture prototypes, pilot and mass productions of surgical instruments, and also work on prototypes for implants. |
